Position Overview:

As the Marketing & Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for our B2B products. You will lead end-to-end marketing strategy development and brand positioning, creating and implementing holistic, multi-channel marketing initiatives to build brand differentiation and grow market share. Your work will have a direct and lasting impact on the company’s growth, driving both sales expansion and ecosystem partnerships while ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire user lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to develop marketing strategies aligned with company objectives. Precisely identify target customer segments and build compelling brand differentiation.
  • Brand Communication: Lead brand promotion efforts by developing and executing strategic communication plans to raise awareness and visibility of our products and services, increasing market penetration.
  • Customer Experience: Champion customer-centricity by optimizing customer journeys, establishing feedback mechanisms, and refining marketing and product strategies based on user insights.
  • User Growth: Drive user acquisition and conversion through targeted, content-driven, and event-based marketing tactics to ensure continuous user growth.
  • Ecosystem Development: Build and manage user communities, both online and offline, to foster an ecosystem around our products and technologies, enhancing user engagement and loyalty.
  • User Experience Optimization: Continuously gather user feedback to improve product performance and functionality, enhancing overall user satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in product innovation and management, with a proven track record of launching high-tech products in one or more of the following industries: aerospace, autonomous systems, robotics, AI, or geospatial technologies.
  • Skills:
    • Strong passion for or experience in aviation, drones, or autonomous vehicle technologies.
    • Excellent strategic thinking and business acumen.
    • Proficiency in agile methodologies and modern project management tools.
  • Languages: Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Preferred Skills:

  • Entrepreneurial Experience: Background in startups or fast-growing companies.
  • Leadership: Experience leading teams or managing large-scale projects.
  • Technical Background: Engineering or technical expertise with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts in depth.

Position Overview:

As the Chief Marketing and Customer Officer (CMO), you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s marketing, sales, and customer success strategies. You will lead the team in developing and executing plans to enhance brand influence, expand market share, and drive customer satisfaction and business growth. In this role, you will hold a pivotal position in the fast-evolving flying car technology sector, using your expertise and insights to lay the foundation for the company’s long-term success.

Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and branding initiatives to boost the company’s visibility and influence in the industry.
  • Sales Management: Lead the sales team to set and achieve sales goals, build and maintain long-term partnerships with corporate (B2B) and government (B2G) clients.
  • Customer Success: Foster close relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met, projects are delivered with high quality, and customer satisfaction and loyalty are improved.
  • Data Analysis and Strategic Optimization: Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions and refine marketing approaches.
  • Product Promotion: Plan and execute marketing campaigns for the company’s core products, assist in product demonstrations, and facilitate sales.
  • Industry Engagement and Partnerships: Actively participate in industry events, exhibitions, and forums to expand the company’s network, identify potential opportunities, and drive brand development and market expansion.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in marketing, sales management, or customer success, preferably with a background in fast-growing or technology companies.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in CRM tools for managing customer relationships and sales activities.
    • Expertise in market analysis, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
    • Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership abilities.
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with multicultural teams and clients.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep interest in and understanding of flying cars, drones, or autonomous driving technologies.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • International market experience and the ability to develop cross-border market strategies.
  • Proficiency with data analysis and project management tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Trello).
