Position Description
As the Chief Operating and Product Officer (COO + CPO), you will be fully responsible for the company’s operations and product strategy, covering the entire product lifecycle. Your duties will include defining the product vision, optimizing operational processes, driving business growth, and ensuring that products align with market needs and the company’s mission. Your leadership will directly impact the company’s technological innovation, market performance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept design, development, and production to market launch, ensuring product quality and market competitiveness.
- Product Strategy: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with the company’s mission and market needs.
- Requirements Management: Collect and analyze customer and market requirements, translating them into clear product specifications.
- Project Management: Supervise product development progress, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operational activities, optimize business processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure effective resource utilization.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and release.
- Market Insights: Deeply understand market trends, competitive landscapes, and user needs to identify new product opportunities.
- User Experience Optimization: Focus on user feedback to continuously improve product functionality and performance, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Business Development: Explore new business models and partnerships to drive business growth and expand market reach.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching high-tech products.
- Skills:
- Strong interest or experience in aviation, drones, or autonomous driving.
- Excellent strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.

- Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading teams or large-scale projects.
